The global supply chain crisis, exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic, has exposed vulnerabilities in business operations across industries. This study explores innovative solutions for enhancing business resilience in the face of these disruptions, focusing on strategies that ensure continuity, adaptability, and long-term sustainability. The research identifies key factors contributing to the supply chain crisis, including transportation bottlenecks, labor shortages, and geopolitical tensions, while also examining emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), blockchain, and automation.
